VeriViaje
Counsel-ready pilot draft

Terms of Use

Version 2026-06-23-pilot-v3. Fixed-fee Mexican counsel review remains required before accepting payment.

Contracting party and pilot access

These terms apply between you and VeriViaje Protection. The service is invitation-only and may accept, decline, limit, suspend, or close a pilot request when it cannot be handled responsibly.

Service

VeriViaje reviews available evidence about one Mexico wedding or event vendor and provides a written practical risk recommendation. The agreed case scope may include identity consistency, business presence, public information, contracts, invoices, references, representative details, and requested payment-recipient information.

Important limits

VeriViaje is not escrow, payment processing, insurance, legal advice, tax advice, a licensed private investigation service, certification, or a guarantee that a vendor is legitimate, solvent, licensed, safe, or will perform. Records may be incomplete, outdated, forged, unavailable, or later changed. You remain responsible for vendor selection, contract interpretation, travel, and payment decisions.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Upload only relevant material you are authorized to share.
  • Remove unnecessary IDs, payment-card details, health information, and unrelated third-party information.
  • Do not use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, investigate unlawfully, or obtain another person's confidential information.
  • Tell VeriViaje promptly when the vendor, evidence, requested payment destination, or deadline changes.

Reports and permitted use

The report is prepared for the requesting customer and the described decision at the time of review. It may not be altered, publicly presented as certification, or used to claim criminal or fraudulent conduct. Findings express the reviewed evidence and level of uncertainty, not a legal judgment.

Timing, changes, and cancellation

Scope, timing, price, refund treatment, and deliverables must be confirmed before a paid case begins. Deadlines depend on receiving usable evidence. VeriViaje may pause a case for missing, unsafe, inconsistent, or unauthorized material. A customer may ask to cancel, but the approved paid-launch policy must state what portion, if any, is refundable based on work already performed.

Complaints and privacy

Operational complaints may be sent to the monitored support address. Privacy requests are handled through the privacy request form and the Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

Liability and governing terms

The final limitation of liability, consumer remedies, governing law, jurisdiction, tax treatment, cancellation rights, and mandatory protections will be inserted or approved by Mexican counsel. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
