Verification Consent and Service Limits

You ask VeriViaje to review the vendor information and evidence you provide, compare it with lawful public sources, document inconsistencies, and prepare a report for your remote hiring or payment decision.

VeriViaje will contact a vendor, representative, or reference only when that step is included in the case workflow. You authorize that contact but may withdraw the instruction before contact occurs. Withdrawal may limit or end the review.

You understand that available records may be incomplete, outdated, misleading, forged, or unavailable. A favorable finding is not certification, insurance, or a promise of future performance. A cautious or negative finding does not establish fraud, crime, or legal liability.

You confirm that you are authorized to share submitted materials and will minimize unrelated personal data. Do not submit government IDs, CURP, RFC, facial biometrics, full payment-card details, health information, or unrelated private communications during this pilot.

You may request access, correction, cancellation, opposition, limited use, or consent revocation through the privacy request process. Revocation does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed and may prevent VeriViaje from finishing the service.
